Kyrios Properties is a family-owned business that began with remodeling and renovation of commercial buildings and single family homes intended primarily for rental. In recent years however, the focus has been on renovation and sale of single family homes and funding other real estate investors lending them not just our funding but our experience, know-how as well as knowledge and understanding of the Atlanta real estate market. Before branding as Kyrios Properties, we have been investing in real estate for over 30 years. We focus on helping first time investors and helping them become successful.
