Located in the Roswell area within walking distance of the chatahoochee river, this was a 2 month project which came out really well. There were challenges such as termite damage, building plumbing issues, and the high cost of materials. The biggest problem was working with the HOA to resolve the plumbing issues which were building wide and affected the unit. Of course, they would not fix the problem and we ended up having to hire plumbers for a work around solution. This illustrates the common challenge of having to work with HOA's in condo projects. Most of the time, they are difficult and sometimes they are downright terrible. When this sold in spring of 2021, the housing market was strong and definitely a seller's market.
