This project was a 9000+ sq ft. home in Gwinnet County in the Duluth area and took about 9 months. Probably one of the most challenging projects we have done due to the sheer size of the house. The balcony alone was 300 sq. ft. and required a complete demo and re-build. The support beams for the balcony due to the large size required consultation from structural engineers and special extra-large beams were ordered to support the enormouse weight of the balcony.
